25 years of watching the same seals fail.
Shawn Ashford has been a qualified roof plumber for 25 years. He’s run forensic leak detection for insurance companies, walked thousands of roofs, and watched the same penetration seals fail in the same ways — perished rubber, pooled water, silicone that never stood a chance. The Penenator is what he built to fix it.
Every leak callout he ever attended started at a penetration. So instead of patching the symptom one more time, he re-engineered the whole flashing — lifting the seal onto a raised flat platform and diverting water around it, not into it.
Designed and modelled by Forma3D in Toowoomba. Proudly Australian made. Currently undergoing Australian Standards testing in Melbourne, with a patent application filed. Built for Australian roofs, by an Australian roofer.
"Penetration seals are the main source of leaks I find. So I built the thing that fixes it."
