What we collect
- When you enquire or order: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and the details of your enquiry or order.
- When you buy online: order and delivery details. Card payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments / Stripe — we do not see or store your full card number.
- Automatically: basic website analytics and cookies (pages visited, device/browser type) to help the site work and improve it.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, process and deliver orders, provide support and warranty service, and — only if you opt in — send you updates. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only as needed to run the business: our store platform (Shopify), payment processor (Shopify Payments / Stripe), and delivery carriers. These providers handle your data under their own privacy obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and hold it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. Our store and site run on Shopify and Cloudflare infrastructure.
